For the upkeep maintenance I would recommend just a simple wet cloth wipe down. The material itself is meant to handle the elements, as for deep cleaning, it is machine washable. Be sure to remove the straps with hooks washing on a low setting and let it hang dry after.

We would suggest removing the bra when it's wet to let it air dry, does not have to be right away but once given the chance, just to keep a good habit of keeping the area between the hood and bra clean. The mistake people make is leaving the hood bra on indefinitely which is not the correct use for the bra. Think of it like a sweater, it can handle daily driving and a light rain no problem but once it gets soaked it is best to remove it to let it air dry then reinstall.
The water will not affect the quality of our material but its to keep the paint in great condition.
